Chrome hangs and gets blocked for accessing graphic driver

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.113 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Start browsing and webpage propably facebook
2. hangs and restarts
3. continues many a times within 5 min

What is the expected behavior?

Tested the issue on reported version 60.0.3112.113 windows 7 and is not reproducible.

@shreerag.pillai:  As per the provided GPU details looking like specific to GPU issue. Could you please provide crash id from chrome://crashes for further triaging?


no crash id available.
Notification i get is "application chrome.exe has been blocked from accessing graphics hardware" and suddenly screen freezes and come backs normal.

Unable to reproduce the issue on windows 7,10 using chrome reported version#60.0.3112.113 (stable) & Canary#63.0.3205.0 as per below steps:

1. Launched chrome
2. Naviagate to facebook /youtube/wikipedia websites
3. Browse for some time
4. Able to browse successfully with out any freeze/hang

Please find the attached screencast with gpu details for reference & could you please check the issue on clean profile(without any apps & extensions) & let us know your observations on the same.

Unable to reproduce the issue on windows 7, Mac 10.12.6 using chrome stable#61.0.3163.100 & Canary#63.0.3236.0 as per steps mentioned in C#0.

Due to lack of user feedback closing this issue.
Please feel free to raise a new issue if you face any issue on chrome further.
