Chrome Version: Canary 62.0.3202.3 and 63.0.3203.0 Developer Build

OS: Android 6.1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open Chrome Canary, or build Chrome from latest source code and install.
(2) open page chrome://crash
(3) In the same tab, type "chrome://crashes" and hit enter.
(4) Wait till the page loaded.

What is the expected result?
A list of crash report will show.

What happens instead?
Chrome stop working

If can't reproduce, try turn on
setting->Privacy->Usage and crash reports

or set it through command line
build/android/adb_chrome_public_command_line --enable-crash-reporter-for-testing
