Use Action Sheets to present Mail client app selection menu on iPads

For iPad, the choice for which Mail client app to use when user taps on mailto:// URL should be presented as a popover (like the context menu).

MDC Bottom Sheet has to be used to allow the addition of a toggle switch UISwitch for "Ask me every time" option. Action Sheets cannot be used.
