Clicking on an AMP page from Google SRP triggers DCHECK

Steps to reproduce:
(1) Search for any news term in google.com
(2) Click on an AMP result

Expected result:
Page loads as normal

Actual result:
DCHECK(equalURLs) in WebStateImpl::GetCurrentURL() fails.
