compare_build_artifacts failing on chromium.linux/Deterministic Linux

It appears that ppapi_nacl_tests_pnacl_newlib_x64.nexe differences have been causing failures on the Determinstic Linux build.

This is a regression from  https://crbug.com/654989 , where it appeared that the files were determinstic.

Whitelisting that single file until the root cause is corrected.

Mark ppapi_nacl_tests_pnacl_newlib_x64.nexe as nondeterminstic on Linux

This file has been causing failures on the determinstic Linux builder --
marking as nondeterminstic until a fix is found.
