Launching chrome causes Mac OS to log me off Mac

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Launch chrome (with google.com as home page)

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
I am logged out of my Mac account within a few seconds of launching chrome (latest production version of Chrome)

Did this work before? N/A

Not seeing this issue on latest OS X Beta# 10.13 (17A360a) for Chrome Stable#60.0.3112.113/Canary# 62.0.3202.0.
