[Pre-stable Play Review] Crashing at startup after update to 62.0.3201.4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
We're seeing spike in Play reviews that Chrome canary crashes at startup after updating to 60.0.3201.4

What is the expected result?

What happens instead?

Thanks for the report.

Unable to reproduce the issue on Samsung J710F/6.0.1/MMB29K 
Updated Chrome Canary 63.0.3204.0 to 63.0.3206.0 and did not observed any crash.
Updated Chrome Dev from 62.0.3193.3 to 62.0.3199.4 and did not observed any crash.

Could you please provide device details & crash id (chrome://crashes) that would be helpful in checking the issue from our end.
