Canary build is broken on Android

Chrome Version: 62.0.3201.4
OS: Android

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open chrome canary app.

What is the expected result?
The browser opens normally.

What happens instead?
The browser crashes.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Native stack trace is attached.
ToT build (2d9ea74cc) also crashes.

For graphics-related bugs, please copy/paste the contents of the about:gpu
page at the end of this report.

3201.3 also crashed, FYI, remember to check and confirm actual regression range...

The culprit is a fix you had already reverted, perezju@.
