Issue descriptionChrome Version:62.0.3202.0 OS:Ubuntu 14.04, Windows What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome and open NTP (2)Select the google image and drag n drop in the omnibox[Refer video] Actual:Unwanted permission bar is seen. Expected:It should not be seen.
