As a V8 developer I want to see if a commit was relanded |

Issue descriptionAs a V8 developer I want to see if a commit was relanded in order to get a grasp on the history of the commit. We have two types of relands: 1.) A commit was reverted because it was deemed to be the culprit for a regression or rollblocker but it was't. In this case we don't really care about the performance or stability numbers because they should be the same as with the original landing. Any difference is a flake which is not of interest for the person anyway 2.) A commit is reverted and it really was the culprit for a regression or rollblocker. In that case the performance and stability numbers probably are different so any high level statistic is not really interesting. My current stance is that this is only information we might want to show in the relations view but do not explicitly surface in performance or stability.
