Fix up whitelabel model names

At present coral whitelabel names have a '.' in them. This is not ideal and may cause problems with naming. E.g the taxonomy envisaged by go/cros-naming is family.model.submodel

We should rename these to avoid the periods as once they appear in goldeneye it will be harder to change.
