I looked briefly; the failed test shows a largish number
of chrome dumps.  So, chrome was crashing.  Looking at the
blamelist, I don't believe any of the CLs would cause such
a failure, so it's more likely there's a bug in the tree that
can cause crashes starting Android.

Passing to the ARC constable for further evaluation.

Both #6437 and #6440 passed cheets_StartAndroid.stress. I think the test is flaky.

Where can I see logs from Chrome? I clicked "[Test-Logs]: cheets_StartAndroid.stress: retry_count: 1, ABORT: None" but the page linked returned "There are no objects in this folder."
