[Stable Forum] Long Press can not call Right-click menu with Surface Pen

What steps will reproduce the problem?
User report Surface pen works abnormally after update from M59 to M60, such as long press can not call right-click menu

Yes this reproduces in Chrome 60. We have fix this in Chrome 62 with the adjusted stylus behavior.

The right click menu is available by pressing the barrel button before you make screen contact with the pen.
