[A11y Assessment - Toolbar] Can't use Search + Space (ChromeVox force click) to expand options in Chrome menu

Version: 61.0.3163.58

1) Enable ChromeVox - Ctrl Alt Z
2) Press Alt Shift T to place focus on toolbar
3) Press Search + Right to get to the Chrome overflow menu and press Search + Space to open it 

When you are using ChromeVox navigation to get through the Chrome overflow menu, and you get to an item like History which has a submenu, you can only press Enter to expand that menu. I would have assumed you could also press Search + Space to open that (which is more common for ChromeVox navigation)
