Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to www.google.com
2. Open the triple dot menu
3. Hit the share button
4. Hit copy in the share sheet
5. Switch to a messaging app: Messages, GroupMe, Slack 
6. Long press, then Paste

What is the expected behavior?
It would paste the URL: "https://www.google.com"

What went wrong?
It pastes the URL: "https://www.google.comhttps://www.google.com"
(This doesn't happen in Notes or Bear. Apps with full screen text boxes)

Did this work before? Yes iOS 10

Might be only in UITextField and not UITextView??
