Right now, CRD doesn't allow connecting from Android to a Chromebook (whether running ChromeOS or Android). ChromeOS only allows Remote Support connections to it (where you generate a temporary PIN and another person can use it to connect to your machine). But the Android CRD app only supports Remote Access hosts, not Remote Support.

Will Google fix it?

You can follow issue 585506 for the remote access to ChromeOS feature. |
