At the top of Sync Internals (chrome://sync/) I get a red box with the error below and my bookmarks are not synced: Error: CreateSyncNode@c:\b\c\b\win64_pgo\src\components\sync_bookmarks\bookmark_change_processor.cc:311, datatype error was encountered: Failed to create sync node. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 60.0.3112.113 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: I can sync by turning sync off then Resetting sync and turning it back on. It will sync correctly the first few times then I receive the error.

I did manually modify my bookmarks file a few months ago to recover some deleted bookmarks. Your comment reminded me of that so I reinstalled Chrome and the sync has been working good for a few days now. That must have been the cause of the problem. Thanks.
