Issue descriptionThe toolchain team often downloads chromiumos_test_image files from the gs://chromeos-image-archive, and we also download the corresponding autotest_packages.tar file. We use these for running various performance tests. Sometimes our tests involve running the perf profiler on the DUT and collecting the results. We have found that there is a file in the ~/src/third_party/autotest/files directory that is critical for this to work and which is currently not being put into the autotest_packages.tar bundle. The file we need is autotest/files/client/tests/profiler_sync/profiler_sync.py. Can this file please be added to the autotest_packages.tar bundles that get uploaded to gs://chromeos_archive_image?

autotest_packages.tar is a generated file based on autotest packages. it isn't created with specific source files in mind. if you add it as part of those it'll show up automatically.
