[Findit] Flake Analyzer - Ensure datapoints and swrming tasks are well formed by the time they're added to the analysis.

We've have several problems with None being in place of an actual value for iterations, pass rate etc for a FlakeAnalysis' DataPoints.

Investigate this, and if possible make a change such that when a data point is added to an analysis, it is well formed.

This problem also exists for swarming tasks, both should be investigated.
