Google Play Music is also affected when 2 accounts are logged in. This time it is when accessing my 1st (personal) Google Account: https://play.google.com/music/listen?u=0#/home Again, you will need to login to a 2nd Google account to recreate this.

Unable to reproduce this issue on Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome latest stable #60.0.3112.113 by following steps mentioned in the original comment. Observed able to open the shortcut items in a new window on the both the accounts as expected. Reporter@ Are you seeing this issue only for google product webpages or all webpages? Could you please recheck this issue by creating a new profile under chrome://settings with no apps or extensions in your browser. Thanks!
