Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. minimize chrome
2. maximize chrome
3. the window is black
4. wait a few seconds and it works

What is the expected behavior?
that its not black a few seconds

What went wrong?
it gets black a few seconds

when I google the error there are alot of sites talking about this. inactivating Hardware-accelerated video decode  seems to solve the problem mostly. we have hundreds of users having this issue
