Issue descriptionWe do not pass wpt/html/semantics/selectors/pseudo-classes/enabled.html because we incorrectly match :enabled on anchors.

Rune, it seems an intent to remove is needed here? Do we need data, or is https://wpt.fyi/html/semantics/selectors/pseudo-classes/enabled.html showing Firefox & Safari implementing the specified behavior good enough?
