Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: Open Google Chrome-> Bookmark 2 or 3 URLs -> Open any webpage -> Open one of the bookmarked URL -> Observe What is the expected behavior? Tested the issue using #60.0.3112.113, #61.0.3163.81 on Android Nexus 5X 8.0.0, Samsung S4 5.0.1 and was unable to reproduce the issue as per the steps mentioned in comment#0. Observed the bookmarked URL's only opening on clicking it. Unable to provide the behavior of SC-04J, 7.1 as we don't have the device here with Clank team. Hence requesting someone from MTV please look into this issue. Thanks!!

Issue is occurring in chrome 58,59,60 versions. But didn't occur in 61.x beta version of chrome. Can you please help to find out the cause behind this problem?
