Not able to edit css when debugging remote app + flashing screens

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.0 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Execute Cordova app in debug on an Android device. 2. Connect it to Chrome Dev Tools (chrome://inspect/#devices). 3. Bug #1: You'll see the app view flashing all the time. 4. Click on "Elements". 5. Try either to add a new css rule or to make any input text field in the css area to be empty and then try to type any character. What is the expected behavior? 1. The view screen should not flash. 2. To be able to type characters in any of the css edit fields is empty. What went wrong? 1. The screenshot of the app is flashing all the time. 2. Not able to write characters when any input box in the css area is empty. Workaround: Copy-paste do working. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 62.0.3202.0 Channel: n/a OS Version: 6.3 Flash Version: Bugs exist on all versions of Chrome.

The screen capture (I don't know how to call this feature) turning to empty gray and back all the time. It's not related to HTML updates. I can see it even when my app doing static html with no animation, etc. I tested it with 3 computers (2x Windows and a MacBook Pro) and different mobile devices.

@zivbarber -- Thanks for reporting this issue. Searched for 'Cordova app' in Google Play store and observed that there are lot of applications with Similar names. Could you please let us know which application do we need to consider. Tried with below applications: 1. "Cordova Developer App" -- which requested to install another application "Platform companion". 2. "Cordova App" (GiMCO-Dev) -- which gave an error "Application Error - The connection to this server was unsuccessful. (file://android_asset/www/index.html)". Thanks in advance.
