This issue is 100% reproducible on stable M59 & canary M62. In order to reproduce it, go to
ftp://ftp.stowmarkethigh.suffolk.sch.uk/

It looks that Chrome doesn't like the response of LIST -l command. However, it looks fine:

227 Entering Passive Mode (82,109,115,215,14,23)
150 File status okay; about to open data connection.
drwx------ 1 user group 0 Jul 20 14:54 $RECYCLE.BIN
...
drwx------ 1 user group 0 Jul 14 09:14 U_Drive

The directory can be opened fine in Mac finder.

Attaching the netlog without the binary data.

I assume this is because it has some invalid dates, which our date parser is confused by - "Feb 29". This year was not a leap year. Since we use one date parser for most everything (Including parsing security-related dates), we can't just make it accept anything that looks date-like. Given the very low priority we place on FTP support, this is probably not worth fixing.
