Issue descriptionVersion: 62.0.3201.0 5d0afdac43361da3ee5cb6f11f756c07423756ba-refs/heads/master@{#498715} OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.11.6,10.12.1) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome, navigate to NTP and open devtools 2. Now go to 'Sources' section and press tab key to bring focus highlight on 'Hide debugger' button,observe focus Actual: Grey focus highlight appears misaligned on 'Hide debugger' button Expected: Grey focus highlight should appear properly on 'Hide debugger' button This is a non-regression issue, seen from M-59 series as Grey focus highlight on 'Hide debugger' button in devtools appears from build # 59.0.3059.0 Kindly review the attached video and screenshot for reference.

Note : Rechecked the above issue on Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.11.6,10.12.1) with latest canary chrome version : 64.0.3257.0 and the issue is not reproduced.Kindly refer the attached screen cast for reference.
