Trybot HWTest failing despite all tests passing |

Issue descriptionI just ran a bunch of trybots with --hwtest and they seem to have failed due to HWTest failure, but looking at site job, all client jobs passed. It looks like the local trybot process timed out waiting for output from the run_suite.py monitoring process. |
