@haneia.simpson -- Thank You for the bug report.
Search bar at the bottom is the latest change in New Chrome.

For putting search bar on back, navigate to chrome://flags and update the Flag, "#enable-chrome-home" to default and Relaunch Chrome and observe the search bar to the top.

Let us know after performing the steps and update.

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
No response, assuming the flag worked. Closing WontFix, working as intended. Please re-open if the flag didn't help.
