Use shorter domain for code reviews

The current URL scheme is pretty long (https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/......) and does not autocomplete easily in the omnibox. The old way of using crrev.com no longer works either.

Doing a whois query on the "chrome.review" domain says it is owned by Google:

Registrant Name: DNS Admin
Registrant Organization: Google Inc.
Registrant Street: 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway


Can we just use that one? Pretty please?! :)

For example, I used to be able to type "co" to have the omnibox autocomplete to codereview.chromium.org for Rietveld, but "chr" tends to bring up various hits on chromium.org.

dcheng@ points out crrev.com/c/<id> works, but I don't see a way to get to your dashboard (https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/dashboard/self) with that.

I'd love a quick thing to type that can get me to my dashboard.
