Launching two renderers just for showing the ntp

Synced to trunk (chromium rev bdc9d1e7b3ee463c73a903a56273102d9b02a41a)

$ adb shell ps | grep chrome

shows browser process and gpu.

launch ntp and then it shows 2 sandboxed process services. That seems unintentional

Any ideas where the extra process is coming from?

Does the second sandboxed process die?  Could this be a utility process that decodes the images for zine and then dies off?

Interestingly, if I wait for about 5-10 seconds one of them goes away
