Launcher is not showing search results for chrome web store apps |

Issue descriptionGoogle Chrome 61.0.3163.72 (Official Build) beta (64-bit) Revision 0 Platform 9765.49.0 (Official Build) beta-channel caroline What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Open launcher (2) Search for some chrome webstore app (say duolingo) What is the expected result? Should display results from webstore with 'Add to chrome' option What happens instead? Webstore results are not displayed

This bug [1] disables webstore search on devices which are ARC enabled. This is working as intended. [1] https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=750666

re #6, Please see CL comments for clarification, we disable webstore search if an android image is installed, regardless if it has been enabled.

newcomer@ Got it, thanks. I am able to see issue only on ARC++ devices. I checked peppy (non ARC++) and the issue is not reproduced.
