Issue descriptionChrome Version: <From about:version: Google Chrome 61.0.3163.51> Chrome OS Version: <From about:version: Platform 9765.31.0> Chrome OS Platform: <Lenovo N23> Steps To Reproduce: Call Android's Wi-Fi API field: ScanResult.capabilities and WifiConfiguration.allowedKeyManagement.get(WifiConfiguration.KeyMgmt.WPA_PSK) Expected Result: Receive a valid security type. Actual Result: Receives always the value "". How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to reproduce?) Always What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is it? it impacts the user as he cannot use Wi-Fi manager to connect secured networks.
