Steps To Reproduce:
Call Android's Wi-Fi API field: ScanResult.capabilities and                   WifiConfiguration.allowedKeyManagement.get(WifiConfiguration.KeyMgmt.WPA_PSK)

Expected Result:
Receive a valid security type.

Actual Result:
Receives always the value "".
