“.com” above the keyboard is misaligned in multitasking mode when the keyboard is in split view

Issue description

App Version: 61.0.3163.72 beta
iOS Version: 10.3.3, 
Device : iPad Air2, iPad Pro

Precondition :
1- Change the keyboard view to split view.
(Launch chrome tap omnibox > Long tap on keyboard icon at right corner bottom > Tap on Split)

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Launch safari or any other app..
  2. Launch chrome in Slide over mode.
  3. Tap on omnibox 

Observed results:
.com is not placed properly web page background is seen.

Expected results:
.com should be placed properly.

Number of times you were able to reproduce: 5/5
Bug reproducible after clean install: Yes
Bug reproducible after clearing cache and cookies: Yes
Bug reproducible on Chrome Mobile on Android: NA
Bug reproducible on Safari/Firefox: Firefox: NA, Safari: NA
Bug reproducible on current stable build (App Version, iOS Version): NA, NEW UI Implementation in M61 Old GLIF icon is displayed in M60
Bug reproducible on the current beta channel build (App Version, iOS Version):  NA, NEW UI Implementation in M61

Since it doesn't happen in M62 (because we don't use a Keyboard Accessory View anymore on iPad), won't waste time filing a radar.
