chrome goes to black screen when opening from minimized state

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.113 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. when opening more than 2 tabs in various websites (not chrome homepage only) and user want to minimize and maximize it again, everything goes to black 2. but opening a new window (everything) in taskbar of the windows at side of the blacked window of chrome, fix this problem and UI backed to the currect state (or) crossing mouse over the 3 dot option in upper right corner of the chrome so fix this problem! 3. in chrome product forum, many users said that disabling Hardware Acceleration Fix this problem for ever but uncheking this option making another problems... What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? all of the UI goes black when opened from minimized state in taskbar of windows. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 60.0.3112.113 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: 26.0.0.151 seems this problem arised for maaaany users at this month!! please fix this CRITICAL BUG as soon as..

i found a solution for this problem!!! Please change default graphic processor (intel) to Nvidia or AMD dedicated graphic processor in right click content menu or nvidia,amd control panel and you will see this problem disapear!! it seems problem is from intel +500 series driver and must be report to to intel support.. note: disabling hardware accelerator is not good solution for this scenario!! because made another problem and laggy exprience in web browsing and watching videos or google map (any contenet in the web that needs high graphic proccesing)!!! other freinds that pointed a note where chrome 60 has problem with intel hd +500 series. i think this is true!! we must report this issue to intel hd +500 series support! report link of this bug to intel for request faster resolving this driver issue: https://communities.intel.com/thread/117565
