<input type="number"/> is not stable with surface pro4 with stylet

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.101 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. get a surface pro 4 and its official stylet
2. go to the codepen page https://codepen.io/duanxianbo/pen/wqQZeO
3. interact with the input number and select with the stylet

What is the expected behavior?
1 the input number should work well with the stylet
2 the select should work well with the stylet

What went wrong?
after a moment, the stylet does not any more with input number, neither with the select
