Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:55.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/55.0 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Try to start Chrome and have the on-screen keyboard always disabled (even if a keyboard is plugged in or not) What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? It is not possible, which is a problem mostly for Electron users that want to create their own keyboard and have the default one disabled Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers?
