Regression: Password dots doesn't seen on password bubble for long username.

Issue description

Chrome Version: 62.0.3200.0 (Official Build)c8606fa3370b2a5fdad79a633999d099e489addc-refs/heads/master@{#498321} 32/64-bit.
OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.11.6,10.12.3).

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and login to www.fb.com with valid credentials.
2. Click on click key icon in omnibox to open password bubble and click on 'Edit' button.
3. Now, Give any long name in text-box, press 'Enter' key from keyboard and observe.

Password dots doesn't seen on password bubble.
Password dots should be seen on password bubble.

This is a regression issue, broken in M-62 series, below is manual regression range. 

Good build: 62.0.3194.0
Bad build: 62.0.3196.0

Note: Text continuation should seen for long username and password dots doesn't get hide on password bubble.
