the "remove watch expression" minus button disappeared when try to click

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.113 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. add a breakpoint somewhere in your code and stop there
2. add a valid watch expression
3. move mouse over the "remove watch expression" button

What is the expected behavior?
"remove watch expression" button can be clicked

What went wrong?
"remove watch expression" button disappeared...

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 60.0.3112.113  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.12.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 26.0 r0

sometimes the button can be clicked, most of the time it will disappear

Can reproduce in 60.0.3112.101
Can not reproduce in canary 62.0.3199.0

It looks fixed.

Bisected to range: 477280 (bad) to 477287 (good).  Looks fixed to me, too.

Thanks for the report, OP, please let us know if you find that it is still broken on an up-to-date stable or newer Chrome.  If your Chrome is still on M60, please update and it should be fixed.
