iframe scroll bar indicates too many search hits

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.113 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open bug.htm (contents: <iframe src=http://example.com></iframe>)
2. Ctrl-F, type "Example"
3. Note "3 of 3" hits found

What is the expected behavior?
3 highlights on the iframe's scroll bar

What went wrong?
4 highlights!

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 60.0.3112.113  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 26.0 r0

More drastic examples: 
4. Ctrl-F, "Example Domain"
5. Note "1 of 1" hits found
Expected: 1 scroll bar highlight
Actual: 3 scroll bar highlights

Able to reproduce on Windows 10, Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac OS 10.112.6 using chrome stable M60-60.0.3112.113.

You are probably looking for a change made after 399165 (known good), but no later than 399171 (first known bad).
