Blank page is displayed on tapping on any link in content suggestions and navigating back to ntp

App Version: 62.0.3199.0
iOS Version: 10.3.3, 11.0 beta 7
Device : iPhone

Precondition :
1- Enable content suggestions.

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Launch chrome.
  2. Scroll the content suggestions.
  3. Tap on More below the content suggestions.
  4. Tap on any link 
  5. Tap on back arrow.
  6. Tap on GLIF and dismiss the screen.

Observed results:
At step 5 : Blank page is displayed
At step 6 : Omnibox position is not placed properly.

Expected results:
Content suggestions should be displayed,

Number of times you were able to reproduce: 5/5
Bug reproducible after clean install: Yes
Bug reproducible after clearing cache and cookies: Yes
Bug reproducible on Chrome Mobile on Android: NA
Bug reproducible on Safari/Firefox: Firefox: NA, Safari: NA

Verified the issue on 62.0.3201.0 Canary on iPhone 6.
Blank page is not displayed on navigating back to ntp works fine.

Sorry my mistake issue can be reproduced in the build 62.0.3201.0 canary on iPhone6.

Issue can be reproduces easily on navigating back to ntp while the page is loading.

Steps :
  1. Launch chrome.
  2. Scroll the content suggestions.
  3. Tap on More below the content suggestions.
  4. Tap on any link 
  5. Tap on back arrow while the page is loading.

Thanks for verifying this. I wasn't able to reproduce this issue. Were you able to reproduce this  issue 5 /5?
I think it is related to  crbug.com/760439 , which introduced some bugs when going back to the NTP. As it has been fixed yesterday, it seems OK in 62.0.3202.0.

If you are still able to reproduce on 3202, can you add some details about your device and iOS version?

Unable to repro this issue on 62.0.3202.7 tested on iPhone6(10.3.3) and iPhone7+(11.0)
