Padding on Chrome menu is not consistent

Project Member Reported by jasonkliu@chromium.org, Aug 30 2017

Issue description

App Version (from "Chrome Settings > About Chrome"): 60.0.3112.101
macOS Version: 10.12.6
Device: macbook pro

Steps to reproduce:
Click Chrome > About Chrome

Observed behavior:
Not enough padding between Clear Browsing Data (⇧⌘⌫) and the right margin.
Preferences also has too much padding.

Expected behavior:
Should be similar to Hide Google Chrome or Hide Others.

Frequency: 5/5
<number of times you were able to reproduce>

I can reproduce it with latest Canary Version 62.0.3200.0 on macOS 10.12.6

Hmm... after a second closer look it seems to be correct aligned, if you compare the position of the ⌘ symbols. The ⌫ symbol seems to be wider than a letter, therefore it is closer to the right border of the menu.

I agree that it's aligned on the ⌘ symbols but it would look cleaner to me if they were all right aligned to the last character.
