Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 9592.85.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.112 Safari/537.36 Platform: 9592.85.0 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. 2. 3. What is the expected behavior? Turn on computer. It boots up. What went wrong? On 8/24, I tried turning on my CB, but the screen stayed black. After doing the ESC + REFRESH + Power, it said my Chrome OS was damaged. I bought a USB stick, downloaded Chrome OS from the utility, and recovered my Chromebook. Crashed report ID: No How much crashed? Whole browser Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 60.0.3112.112 Channel: n/a OS Version: 9592.85.0 Flash Version: Not sure if this caused it, but I downloaded a ZIP file from a reputable (safe) website. The ZIP contained only MP3's. Chrome didn't seem to recognize it. It asked I abort several times. Next day, my CB wouldn't turn on. Google tech support was GREAT.
