Memory usage increases quickly, then the page briefly freezes before crashing.

Still present in an incognito window.

Nothing useful shows up in either the JavaScript console nor on the stdout/stderr log.

I've tried turning off small groups of experiments at a time to find which experiment is causing the problem, but had no luck; perhaps the experiment is one that can't be controlled by chrome://flags.
