Each time I try to upload a file on gmail, it freezes the chrome browser and then it crashes.

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.113 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open gmail
2. new mail
3. attempt to upload document of any sort

What is the expected behavior?
The behaviour that is expected is to upload the document without causing the browser to crash

What went wrong?
Chrome freezes and then crashes entirely

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 60.0.3112.113  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0

Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows 7, Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac OS 10.12.6 using latest Stable 60.0.3112.113 and canary 62.0.3200.0 with the below steps

1. Launched Chrome and opened gmail.
2. Clicked on 'Compose' and uploaded a .pdf,.doc files.
3. Could upload the files without any issues and could sent the mail as well.No browser crash is observed.

Please find the attached screen cast and confirm if anything is missed here.
Request you please retry the issue on new profile and update the thread if the issue still exists and also provide the crash ID from chrome://crashes if you see any crashes.

Unable to reproduce this issue on Windows-10 using chrome latest stable M61-61.0.3163.100.

Due to lack of user response closing this issue, please raise a new issue if you come across the similar issue on any of the latest chrome version.
