When clicking "Manage People" browser immediately crashes (like a "kill")

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Ubuntu Chromium/60.0.3112.113 Chrome/60.0.3112.113 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Chromium
2. click your logged in name
3. click manage people

What is the expected behavior?
I can manage multiple accounts for different google accounts

What went wrong?
Chromium commits suicide

Crashed report ID: Crash reporting is not available in Chromium.

How much crashed? Whole browser

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 60.0.3112.113  Channel: stable
OS Version: Ubuntu 16.04
Flash Version: 

Please advise what I should do to fix this should this be an individual problem. Thanks!:)

Unable to repro the issue on Ubuntu 14.04 using Chromium build 60.0.3112.78 with the below steps

1. launched Chromium and signed into Chromium.
2. Clicked on the logged in name and clicked on Manage people.
3. Clicked on Add Person and could add a person without any issue and sign into google account. No crash is observed.

Request you to please retry the issue by uninstalling and then reinstall the Chromium build.
Please update the thread if the issue still exists.

So. I did some experimenting. Issue starts happening once I disallow Chromium to run in the background.

I forgot to mention in previous comment that once I reallow Chromium to run in background the problem stops and everything is working normal again.

Thanks for the reply.

Unable to reproduce the issue on Ubuntu 16.04 using chrome latest stable#61.0.3163.79 & reported version#60.0.3112.113 as per the steps mentioned in comment#0.

Able to manage multiple accounts for different google accounts on chrome through Manage accounts.

Please check the issue on chrome latest stable version by completely uninstalling existing chrome in the machine & fresh install chrome and let us know your observations on the same.
