What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Sign into DUT
(2) Click on 'ADD PRINTER' from chrome://md-settings/cupsPrinters 
(3) Select 'ADD NEARBY PRINTERS' from 'Add a printer manually' dialogue box
(4) Select one option from the listed printers available nearby and click on 'ADD'
(5) Enter all the details on this 'Select a printer manufacturer and model' dialogue box and click on ADD
(6) Now open any PNG (image) file and try to print



What is the expected result?
Should be able to print PNG file

What happens instead?
Unable to print PNG file

Note: Able to print PNG files when the printer is added with 'Add Manually' option
