Wrong snapshot is shown when in tab switcher mode. |

Issue descriptionApp Version: 62.0.3199.0 Canary iOS Version: 11.0, 10.3.3 Device: iPhone 6+ , iPhone7+ URL: NA Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch the app 2. Open few tabs using overscroll actions. 3. Close all tabs. 4. Open just one tab and Overscroll and open another tab. 5. Go to tab switcher mode Good Build : 62.0.3173.0 , revision : f0abac549895… On Upgrade from Build : 62.0.3173.0 to 62.0.3175.0 its consistently repro’ed. Bad Build : 62.0.3175.0 , revision : 5d6d0234739f... Observed results: Wrong snapshot is shown when in tab switcher mode. Only the Overscroll action items are seen in the earlier tab. Expected results: NTP snapshot should be seen in tab switcher mode. Number of times you were able to reproduce: 5/5 Bug reproducible after clean install: Yes Bug reproducible after clearing cache and cookies: Yes Bug reproducible on Chrome Mobile on Android: NA Bug reproducible on Safari/Firefox: Firefox: NA, Safari: NA Bug reproducible on current stable build (App Version, iOS Version): M60 , No Bug reproducible on the current beta channel build (App Version, iOS Version): M61, No Bug reproducible on Chrome desktop? I am still able to repro in build 62.0.3200.0 Canary. Its repro'ed because i upgraded from yesterday's build. Its consistently reproducible on upgrade.Its very hard to repro on clean install. https://drive.google.com/a/google.com/file/d/0B6GVWQnhaMClc2UyNjJPR0oxMjA/view?usp=sharing

This bug is reproducible on upgrade from 61.0.3163.72 canary.ipa to M62.0.3200.0 canary. Steps: 1.Install M61 canary , and do all the steps in #0 2.Upgrade to M62 , do all the steps in #0

This bug is not to be confused with another bug with mismatched snapshots/favicons: https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=853569 This bug is not found in the new tab grid, nor in the stack view currently. This is an old bug that probably was fixed. |
