Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Used Previous beta version
2. updated to 61.0.3163.51
3. Brightness keys stopped working

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
The keys that are in control for brightness dont do anything anymore. The animation of the bar going up or down is still working, and the screen turns black when the bar is on its lowest setting, but otherwise the brightness stays the same.
