Umbrella tracking bug for all changes to allow for easy and automatic power measurements for cros devices. Right now this includes:
- taking better (and less power consuming) power measurements via the ec & battery gas gauge
- expanding servo code to automate common tasks in power measurement routines
- creating a bootstrapping system to recognize a newly attached dut, and configure everything correctly for power measurement.
