Empty blank space is displayed in Recent Tabs on rotating the device from landscape to portrait.

Issue description

App Version: 62.0.3199.0 canary
iOS Version: 11 beta 8 only
Device: iPhone 6 plus only
URL: 

Steps to reproduce:
  1.  Launch chrome in landscape orientation.
  2.  Browser 4 to 5 sites in different tabs and close tabs.
  3.  Tap on Recent Tabs --> Rotate the device to portrait orientation

Observed results:
Notice that empty blank space is displayed on top of recent tabs.

Expected results:
Recent tabs should be aligned properly.

Number of times you were able to reproduce: 5/5
Bug reproducible after clean install: Yes
Bug reproducible after clearing cache and cookies: Yes
Bug reproducible on Chrome Mobile on Android: Not tested
Bug reproducible on Safari/Firefox: Firefox: NA, Safari: NA
Bug reproducible on current stable build (App Version, iOS Version): No on M60
Bug reproducible on the current beta channel build (App Version, iOS Version): No on M61.03163.70

It seems fixed on the latest canary (62.0.3201.0). Can you confirm?

This issue is fixed on latest chrome canary version 62.0.3202.7.  Verified on iPhone 6 plus with iOS 11 beta 9.  Thanks!
